Is Delivery included in the prices stated on the website?

All prices on the website do include delivery – we use Royal Mail First Class Signed for service and Express 48 from ParcelForce for the heavier bags - If the the ParcelForce service is being used, this will be specified under the product description.

Are you able to source gifts that are not on your website?

We are able to source many other gifts to put in our Gift Bags – which is why we also offer our Bespoke Gift Bag Service – simply complete the form under the Bespoke Gift Bag tab or give us a call, and we will discuss your requirements and provide you with ideas to create that perfect gift.

The Gifts I received in the Gift Bag are slightly different to that on the picture on the website?

Whilst every attempt is made to provide the exact gifts that are shown on the website, sometimes when we are waiting on stock, alternative gifts will be suggested/supplied – we will however contact you via telephone or email to discuss this with you - every effort is made to provide comparative gifts that you are happy with.

I received my Gift Bag but the Ribbon was a different colour to that on the website?  

Although we try our best to provide the exact same colour ribbon as on our website, if we are waiting on stock or a customer has not stated on their order that they require a particular coloured ribbon, an alternative coloured ribbon is supplied

How are the gift bags packed for delivery?

All gift bags are securely wrapped with bubbled wrap, and placed in a large jiffy-type bag, or a cardboard box.
